Proofs: A signed proof is required for all printed orders including designs created by customer on our Pre-design pages. A .pdf proof will be sent to customer via email for approval. Each signed proof becomes a legal binding agreement of copy as is. Pre-production proofs must be signed, dated and returned via facsimile or email. Once the proof is approved and print production commences, we cannot cancel the order or provide a refund.

Print Method: Plastic and paper products are printed either by offset printing or digital printing. We will make every effort to confirm with customer the preferred print method. However, we reserve the right to make final determination of the most appropriate printing method without approval by the customer.

Production: Production will start when all of the following are met: all print-ready artwork is uploaded, full payment is received or other suitable mutually acceptable payment arrangements have been made and when the signed proof is received either by facsimile or email. Production turnaround for orders and/or proofs that are approved after 2pm Noon MST is counted starting the next business day. While we take careful measures to meet your target finished date, unforeseen delays in delivery services, breakdown of equipments, illness, inclement weather and other unforeseen occurrences may impact our ability to meet your deadline. We will not be held liable for any damages, claims, injuries and or losses or for any other reason what so ever in the purchase of plastic cards, printed items or stock items of any type. All cards and accessories items are shipped, delivered and received as is and the transaction will be considered complete.

Delivery & Shipping: Delivery times will be determined by the customer before the start of production. If a rush service is desired it will be made known at that time. All delivery dates will be noted on the order/purchase order. Production starts after a signed proof has been received via facsimile or email. All orders are shipped via best ground carrier or standard USPS unless otherwise noted. Please make sure that your method of shipping and ship date coincide with the delivery date you noted on your purchase order. Any and all changes desired regarding the ship to address or shipping method must be submitted in writing and received via facsimile or email. Once your order is given to the specified carrier for delivery it becomes the customer’s property. Any claims for lost or damaged property must be filed with the carrier directly by the customer. Please note that the transit time for shipping is ALWAYS additional to the production turnaround time and it is therefore advised that this be taken into account when placing an order. In any event CamCard Solutions, LLC is not liable for any product delivery and for any damage, losses, injuries and claims.

Artwork: Customer artwork that is submitted in an unacceptable format or that requires additional composition to bring it to acceptable print-ready quality, CamCard Solutions LLC may at their sole discretion assess a $65 per hour fee to correct the artwork. An email quotation of your job will be sent to you prior to proceeding with your design. You will have the option to modify your art design in order to avoid any additional charges. All artwork can be uploaded directly to us by utilizing the upload area on the website. Please refer to the artwork guidelines on the website before you upload your design.

Specifications and Quotation Disclaimer: Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. If the project deviates from the original specification, CamCard Solutions reserves the right to review and modify the quote once final order specifications are confirmed. CamCard Solutions may return or deny a project at time of submission if copy, artwork or electronic files do not conform to the information on which the original quotation was based. Project quotes are valid for 30 days.

Promotion Rights: The CamCard Solutions maintains the right to use any item it manufactures in any promotion and collateral materials.

Calendar Holidays: Production schedules are made excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. These days are NOT included when calculating the turnaround time for your order. If a special instance occurs it will need to be indicated in advance on the purchase order.

Over and Under-runs: Due to the variability of our standard printing requirements, we maintain the right to ship 10% over or under the quantity requested. The bill will be pro-rated and will be considered as acceptable to the customer. If an exact quantity is desired, we reserve the right to assess a surcharge of 5% of the total order.

Thermal Printers: Plastic stock card products are often coated and can be difficult to print on. UV coated products cannot be printed on, while matte covered products may require commercial printers. Please test using a sample and verify that your printer will work before placing an order. Samples can be ordered online for free. Poor imprint quality resulting from the use of use of thermal imaging or portable after-market printers is not a valid reason for refund or reprint.

Contractual Precedence: Terms and conditions as printed on our quotations will apply to the production of all products and will supersede all other order details related to the order.

Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time you place your order. We accept checks, Master Card, Visa and American Express. If paying by check your order will not begin until the check has cleared our bank. Payment terms are possible once a credit check has been performed and is deemed satisfactory by us. If accepted your terms will be Net 30 days from the invoice date.

Self Personalization: If you plan to enhance your card order by encoding on a magnetic strip, embossing, typing or writing on a panel. Please mark the appropriate boxes on our online order page or notify us prior to the start of your job. We want to ensure the appropriate materials are used.

Ink Matches: Color Swatch Match:No guarantees of color relative to processes not within our control, such as customer monitors, color print outs, supplied printed samples, etc. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they represent.

Indemnification: All material provided by the customer to the CamCard Solutions whether it is copyrighted, patented, trademarked or is intellectual property, is assumed to have the proper authorization needed to be reproduced. The customer acknowledges that they are the legal owner and/or licensee of all submitted artwork and relinquishes CamCard Solutions of any legal liability related to copyright violation and/or infringement.

Cancellations/Returns/Refunds: Stock items purchased through this website are returnable within 30 days of invoice for a full refund less shipping costs and credit card processing fees so long as the item being returned is still in saleable condition. Imprinted orders placed with CamCard Solutions may be cancelled prior to final proof approval by customer. Customer will be credited original cost less set up / design fees and credit card processing fees. Due to the fact that each printed item is unique to the customer, imprinted orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval and no returns or refunds will be allowed. If, at CamCard Solutions sole discretion, there are extenuating circumstances that warrant a return and/or refund on an imprinted item, written details of the return must accompany the item along with a CamCard Solutions return authorization number. CamCard Solutions is not responsible for any loss of revenue or any other losses associated with a customer’s intended use of the ordered materials.
